Winged Wolf was born in 2018 when our founder, a certified yoga teacher and former D1 rower, began her journey in yoga teacher training alongside a master's in counseling, driven by a passion for holistic healing.
Relaunched in October 2024, our mission continues to flourish, combining nature-inspired practices, a family tradition of gardening, and mental health resources to empower individuals through transformative wellness experiences.
