Return Eligibility: Physical products, such as our Wellness Planner, may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items returned without an RMA number.

Digital Products (e.g., Downloadable Yoga Classes, Recipes, Wellness Resources)

Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable yoga library classes, premium recipes, wellness resources), refunds are not offered unless the product is defective (e.g., file fails to download or is corrupted).

Memberships

Cancellation: Monthly memberships may be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle for no further charges. Semi-annual and annual memberships may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a prorated refund, less a 10% processing fee.

Non-Refundable: Refunds are not offered for unused membership periods after the 14-day cancellation window or for dissatisfaction with content access.
